Trump dismisses report on 120,000 troop Middle East plan as ’Fake news’

President Trump on Tuesday dismissed reports that his administration is crafting a plan to send up to 120,000 troops to the Middle East. Labelling it as ’fake news’, Trump added, however, that if it came to it, ’we’d send a hell of a lot more troops than that’. ’Where was that story, in The New York Times?’ Trump asked saying further, ’Well, The New York Times is fake news’.
