Hungary accused of fuelling xenophobia with anti-migrant rhetoric

Europe’s top human rights watchdog has accused Hungary’s government of violating people’s rights and using anti-migrant rhetoric. A report from the Council of Europe’s commissioner has urged the Hungarian government to lift its ’crisis situation’ laws. The commissioner argued emergency measures could not be justified when the government received only 671 asylum applications in 2018.

Hungary is a pretty poor nation itself. They can't help economic migrants. Nobody should be expected to. We can help genuine refugees temporarily but not permanently.

"The human rights commissioner also raised the alarm about Hungarian laws that 'stigmatise and criminalise' work by non-governmental organisations" Ah yes, poor Soros. How about Hungary does as they please, and you self-righteous despots find a rusty iron spike to fuck yourselves with?

Doesn’t the human rights group calling out Hungry for the xenophobia, mean the human rights group is guilty of the exact same thing against Hungry?

It's not xenophobic if the fear is rational

Sounds like failed claiments are being sent back but "human rights groups" believe everyone who isn't a native. They're being cared for while their applications are being processed, and not after being rejected, this is a nothing story.

Yeah it couldn’t be all of the child rape gangs, the terror attacks, the mobs of fighting age men bashing true countrymen, it’s the fact that Hungary doesn’t want any of that that is fuelling ‘anti-migrant rhetoric’

All European countries should follow their lead. These vile animals only drain resources, have ZERO skills, low IQ, rape, murder, attack. Leave these vile creatures in the middle east and Africa where they belong.

Maybe "Rights Experts" should focus their "calling out" on the countries people are fleeing from instead of forcing other countries to take in other people at their expense. Focus your outrage at the cause of the problem so it doesn't become others burden in the first place. I have no responsibility to anyone other than my own family first.

Wow, BBC. You report this like "Hungary bad", but you literally caption one photo as being that of human rights activists blocking Hungary from deporting people who FAILED the asylum process. That does nothing but shoot your narrative in the foot.
