Charlottesville victim sues white nationalist groups and leaders

A man from Ohio injured in the 2017 Charlottesville attack is suing white nationalist organizations and leaders. Bill Burke says he was struck by the car driven by James Alex Fields Jr. on Aug.17, 2017 during the violence that broke out during the ’Unite the Right’ events in Charlottesville, Virginia. He claims to suffer ’deep debilitating psychological and emotional distress’.

How about you sue Dwayne Dixion instead, considering he chased James Field with an Ar-15 rifle which caused the incident. Dwayne Dixion has admitted to chasing him off.

the only person he could sue was the ma driving the car. The only organization he could sue is the Charlottesville PD as the went against professional advice and failed to keep the protesters and counterprotesters seperated.
