Nevada is lifting some abortion restrictions

The Nevada state Assembly on Tuesday passed a bill removing some requirements to obtain an abortion. The bill, passed largely along party lines, repeals requirements that physicians tell women about the ’physical and emotional implications’ of an abortion and determine a woman’s age and marital status before performing the procedure.

This should help human trafficers. For women who are underage and trafficed , abortions are a contact where it was mandatory for their age to be asked, and reproted if they were a minor ... no more. Minor children , even non pimped and trafficed, have frequently been made pregnant by an adult predator who needs to be brought to justice, esp since these men prey on the just not one child..

Abortion is a woman’s choice, not a woman's informed choice - democrats.

Good for Nevada. Shouldn't have to have a moral argument pertaining to a woman's choice over her own body that is also constitutional choice. And marital status should never of been a factor. Getting pertinent medical information is different then having to go through a pseudo-religious lecture.
