FAA meets with air regulators on fate of Boeing 737 MAX

The FAA met with international air regulators from around the world on Thursday to determine what is needed to return the grounded Boeing 737 MAX to return it to service. Senior FAA officials gave detailed descriptions of the findings to date from the two crashes in Ethiopia and Indonesia. Sources indicate the FAA expects approval of 737 MAX jets to fly in the US as early as late June.

I have a hefty suspicion that Airbus might be involved in this. Think about it. What better way to give a middle finger to Boeing than to cut off buyers by an “investigation”.
