Ginsburg, Thomas trade barbs in ruling on state abortion matter

Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Clarence Thomas had two very different opinions on a ruling Tuesday that effectively upheld an Indiana law on disposal of fetal remains. The justices said in an unsigned opinion that the case does not involve limits on abortion rights. Ginsburg was one of two liberal-leaning justices who dissented.

I see people all the time on this app defending abortions for economic reasons, so I can only assume they want to exterminate the poor by only allowing those with means to reproduce.

The reason a fight is being delayed is because there are four openly liberal and one crypto liberal justices. Thomas has made similar remarks about the Second Amendment being the elephant in the room.
