Navy reviewing wearing of Trump patches aboard ship

The government is reportedly reviewing its Defense Department policy regulations on dress code after some service members were found wearing a uniform patch with the words ’Make Aircrew Great Again’ during President Trump’s visit to their ship in Japan on Tuesday. The Navy said Tuesday that the matter was under review to ensure that the patches did not violate policy or regulations.

This is what the left hates! They want the military on their side, the socialist side, but almost all military and first responders in the West hate, loathe, and despise socialism. They can't meme, and they can't connect with the middle and working classes.

It is literally their oath to uphold the constitution and to follow all orders of the president and any officer in rank between them. They by affirming this oath swear to the supreme command and will of the executive branch and more explicitly the President of the United States. So yeah I have no problem with troops in full support of their highest commander.

I think it's wrong. Supporting a politician off duty is fine. But whilst in uniform, you should try to be as neutral as possible. Both sides of the political spectrum should feel safe around you. They should have no idea who you support.
