Military judge removes prosecutor from Navy SEAL murder case

A military judge took the rare step Monday of removing a prosecutor from the case of a decorated Navy SEAL. The judge ordered the lead prosecutor removed from the case of Edward Gallagher after defense lawyers accused the prosecution of spying on their emails. He said it was not in his power to determine if the rules were violated, but potential for a probe meant the prosecutor be removed.
