Walmart extends debt-free college benefits to high schoolers

Walmart is extending its college benefits to high schoolers as a way to attract and retain workers. The nation’s largest private employer said it will offer free college SAT and ACT prep for its workers in high school. The enticements are part of an expansion of a program launched last year offering affordable access to a college degree.

I have mixed feelings about this. It is a private entity, not a government program. But do I want to pay for this in the price of my groceries etc? It seems like it's Marxist thinking. Also, I'm not a big fan of Ayn Rand. But what would she say about this?
