This already being called racial profiling before having all of the information about the incident.

Diversity training will only make things worse, not better. Tested and proven to be the case.

If I was a black shoplifter, that's the shop I'd be going to. After the indoctrination those poor buggers are about to receive you'd have to be carrying half the shop with you before you'd be approached ever again.
