Denver truck driver forgives police officer who crashed into him

Officer Jacob Marsh of Denver, who is facing charges in a wrong-way crash, received some support from the truck driver who suffered a broken leg in the crash. Christopher Cordova, the truck driver, said he is willing to forgive Officer Jacob Marsh on a possible felony charge of vehicular assault. The police officer was traveling 75 mph in a 45 mph zone in an unmarked vehicle during the incident.

Wow, what a “man”! So refreshing in this day to hear someone say “$hit happens, let it go.” Of course there will be a settlement in the future but I don’t get the impression that this guy is going to try and retire off this.
