The school’s board of trustees is expected to reject philanthropist and lawyer Hugh Culverhouse Jr’s donation, return the $21.5 million it has already received.

That doesn't make any sense though it's millions of dollars and I assume their is no condition attached to the donation. I'd say fuck it and take it.
