Vigil held for Tennessee man shot by fugitive task force

Some 300 people gathered on Friday evening for a candle-light vigil in the Memphis neighborhood where a young black man was shot dead by federal authorities. Brandon Webber, 20, was shot and killed on Wednesday by US Marshals seeking to arrest him on a warrant for aggravated assault and other charges. The incident triggered clashes between police and protesters that left 36 officers injured.
