The 2020 presidential candidate spoke at a House Judiciary subcommittee hearing about the shooting of seven people in his hometown of Newark, NJ.

Wait people are taking this idea seriously? What kind of morons are we electing? This type of discussion could have been laughed out of the halls before real work gets done in Congress. Why waste taxpayers time on such nonsense.
