Iran publishes images of supposed US surveillance drone debris

The pictures purport to show fragments from the RQ-4A Global Hawk, which was shot down on Thursday in what Iran claims was their territory. The US insists that the unmanned drone was in international airspace.

Didn't the US say they were collecting debris from the sea? It'll be really funny if the US come back with another drone in pieces.

You've gotta figure that Trump is looking at Iran like the kid on the playground that cuts himself for fun. He was elected to get us out of wars, not start new ones. Iran just keeps poking the Hornets nest, without any thought that we have the most advanced weapons ever created in human history. We could LITERALLY vaporize single people out of a crowd of thousands from the other side of the planet with the direct energy weapons that we have, & the crazy kid just keeps kicking us. How crazy & or stupid can someone be?

The really interesting thing will be to see which of the two possible drones they claim it to be. I forget what they were called, but the one the US claims was shot down was a lower (by comparison) altitude, extremely high fidelity recog drone. The one Iran claims it was flies at such a high altitude that nothing is supposed to be able to intercept it. If it is in fact the latter, none of our men are safe even close to our airspace.

Unironically, we should just send nukes everywhere, start WW3, and just start over from the wreckage.

the RT story implies that Iran claims 13.8 miles off-shore. Last I checked, the US recognizes 12 miles. Those numbers could both be up for grabs around Hormuz for determining "international airspace." The situation still smells like a false flag OP. But who's running it? Too many players with motives.
