Truck driver charged with 7 homicides in motorcycle crash

The driver of a pickup truck who crashed into a group of motorcyclists near New Hampshire’s White Mountains, killing seven of them, was arrested on Monday. Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, 23, has been charged with seven counts of negligent homicide. Zhukovskyy was driving a company vehicle hauling a trailer on a highway in Randolph when he slammed into a group of 10 motorcyclists.

I didn’t see anything on if the driver was under the influence during the time of the accident, but quite a bit on his history. Honestly, if booze were a factor in this accident I could see that being relevant, but if not that shouldn’t even be brought up.
