Guard gets 30 years for fatally shooting man playing Pokemon

A Virginia security guard who fatally shot a man who was playing ’Pokemon Go’ was sentenced to decades in prison on Monday. Johnathan Cromwell, 24, will serve 30 years for killing Jiansheng Chen, 60, in 2017. Chen was sitting in a minivan in a parking lot in Chesapeake, playing the game on his phone, when Cromwell, working as a security guard, shot Chen.

As a former LVL 3 Armed Guard this guy was an idiot. There was no indicators or cause for this and it just makes guards look even more Paul Blart than they already are and is a discredit to the 2nd amendment. He deserves every second of that sentence.
