US House passes $4.5 bn emergency border aid bill

House Democrats on Tuesday pushed through a $4.5 billion emergency border aid package. After last-minute changes to the bill to gain support from left-leaning Democrats, the bill passed along party lines by a vote of 230-195. The bill earmarks $1 billion in federal funds to shelter and feed migrants. It provides another $3 billion to fund services for unaccompanied migrant children.

I wonder what was changed to appease the retarded left. Also, note that Cortez and Omar didn't vote on it. They don't care about the kids as they claim. They just want to fear monger.

So they're finally admitting that there's a problem at the border, but only want to put a bandade on it. No wall funding, no plans to actually fix the illegal immigration issue. WTF?!?
