Children removed from detainment centre after ’inhumane conditions’

The US government has removed most of the children from a remote Border Patrol station in Texas following reports of the facility having inadequate food, water and sanitation. Just 30 children remained at the facility near El Paso Monday. More than 300 kids had been detained in the centre.

It's comments like the one that Alpharius just made here that makes me lose hope that America will ever come back to the values that made it such a great country. To dehumanize children is the mark of a great sickness that pervades the nation.

They don't seem to mention where the kids got moved to....hmmmm....was that in any articles? I skimmed a couple but seemed to miss that bit. Where else did they have to go?
