Denmark’s youngest PM leads new leftist government

Denmark’s new centre-left government will increase public spending and cut greenhouse gas emissions by 70% before 2030, the country’s youngest ever PM is to announce. Mette Frederiksen, 41, said late on Tuesday night that after three weeks of negotiations, she had reached agreement with three leftist parties to form the one-party minority government.

So if she wants to increase public spending, that means that she will also need to increase taxes. So Denmark will go from a 60% tax to what? 80?

Why did you have to go at the emissions... 70% cut is a wet dream if you dont think there will be economical ramifications!

Somehow I struggle to believe that the government is "centre left".

Clearly you lot know more about what Denmark needs and requires than the Danish do. Bit presumptuous isn't it?
