New problem discovered in Boeing’s troubled 737 Max jet

A new software problem has been found in the Boeing 737 Max that could push the plane’s nose down automatically. Boeing said Wednesday that the FAA ’identified an additional requirement’ for software changes that the aircraft manufacturer has been working on for eight months.

The scariest part, it's FAA that discovered it, even after the latest snafu. Doesn't Boeing have QA anymore? Don't they know the requirements, it's not their first waltz after all.
