Booker calls out Biden over ’kid in hoodie’ remark

Sen. Cory Booker took issue with the language used by fellow presidential contender Joe Biden on Friday when Biden said that a ’kid wearing a hoodie may very well be the next poet laureate and not a gangbanger’. Biden made the remark Friday during a speech in Chicago. ’Our nominee needs to have the language to talk about race in a far more constructive way’, Booker tweeted.

Booker is trying too hard to secure the "black people" spokesperson role.

Those attributes aren't ones he came up with. Other people associate those two things together and Biden is clearly trying to break that association. Yet they attack him as if he said "(black) people in hoodies are gangbangers."

Biden is an old school racist. He can't seem to stop himself from spouting racist stereotypes. Hey Joe, wearing a hoodie doesn't in anyway shape or form mean you are a "gangster". This fool needs to be embarrassed in the voting booth. It saddens me to see people of color support this man.
