Large alligator spotted in Chicago lagoon

An alligator, estimated to be between 4 and 5 feet long, is living in a lagoon in Chicago’s Humboldt Park, one of the city’s largest parks. The alligator was spotted Tuesday morning by visitors doing a photoshoot, who posted their pictures of the gator on Facebook. City officials are working to remove it by Wednesday evening however it has been eluding capture.
