Protests in Moscow to include opposition leader in elections

Three organizers close to Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny were arrested and a dozen of his allies were detained on Sunday during a protest in Moscow. They were demanding their names be included on the ballot for local elections in September. Almost 2,000 people protested against an alleged bid by city authorities to prevent independent candidates from running for office.

It was truly our greatest foreign policy mistake that we let Russia fall into anarchy in the 90's and paving the way for Putin. Seeing the fear in people's eyes in Moscow was heartbreaking.

Good to see that progression us at work. Over reliance on anyone or anything is seriously poor judgement as is apparent in many nations.

We finally have proof of Russian collusion in an election. Someone better call Rachael Maddow's collusion tip line!
