First case of Ebola discovered in Goma in Congo

A lakeside city of one million people, Goma in the eastern Congo city confirmed the first case of Ebola on Sunday. The health ministry officials raised concerns that the virus could spread quicker in a densely populated area close to the Rwandan border. The haemorrhagic fever has gradually spread south, infecting nearly 2,500 people and killing over 1,600.
