House Democrats’ campaign arm raises over $29 million in Q2

House Democrats’ campaign committee raised more than $29 million in the past three months. In June, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) brought in $12.5 million with the average donation size at $19. The DCCC outraised its Republican counterpart, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), in the first quarter of the year.

The linked articles for this seem to be all over the place, but generally related to Dem fund raising. Some funny bits though: - Booker's super PAC raised only $1.1 million of which one million came from the wife of the guy running it. - O'Rourke's low fund raising caused a strategist to comment, "his campaign may be in trouble." ...Really, "may be" in trouble--that campaign is a train wreck waiting to happen. With so many bad candidates, it is going to be funny as hell to hear the excuses, justifications, and rationalizations of why most of them ultimately have to drop out.
