Sanders strongly defends ’Medicare for All’ plan

Sen. Bernie Sanders on Wednesday defended his government-run ’Medicare-for-all’ campaign proposal, while announcing plans to lead a caravan to Canada to buy cheaper medicine than available in the US. Speaking at George Washington University, Sanders called it an ’international embarrassment’ that the US doesn’t guarantee health care to all its people.

every hospital already said if they only got paid at Medicare rates they will close the day after it passes this is the dumbest idea ever

Coming from a Democrat. Bernie Sanders is wrong. A strict change to "Medicare for all" would drastically change our Economy negatively. We would need to keep private insurance and let the people buy into medicare if they choose. Private insurance is way to expensive though!

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, Sanders is legit... He legitimately believes we should ALL SUFFER equally.

Pete Buttigieg has a plan that is called "medicare for all who want it." This allows those who want to keep their private insurance to do so, but also allows millions of Americans who don't have health insurance to hop onto a plan that is affordable. Every American should have the "right" to health insurance.
