Man files complain against use of his amputated leg image on cigarette packs

The image of an amputated man was used on cigarette packets across the EU without his consent, says a French man who has filed a complaint against the European Commission in charge of the graphics. The Commission has denied the allegation saying the similarity is ’purely coincidental’.
