Trump expands fast-track deportation authority across US

Trump administration will expedite deportations to include the removal of undocumented immigrants who cannot prove they have been in the US continuously for two years or more. With the new regulation effective Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security can quickly deport certain immigrants without any of the due-process protections, like the right to an attorney and to a hearing before a judge.

Breaking the law shouldn’t be the first thing you do entering a country. Come legally or not at all.

So the ACLU plans to block it in court. Apparently they need to be reminded that the "A" in their name stands for "American" and not "Alien".

Nice! This means that parents and children can be together (in their own countries) sooner, rather than drinking toilet water in a concentration camp! Great news!

Just remember that suspension and abrogation of constitutional rights is a very slippery slope. Look at what post-911 scaremongering by DOJ has cost you. This is no longer the "land of the free".
