Palestine’s Abbas threatens to suspend all agreements with Israel

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas issued a statement after meeting PLO leaders in Ramallah on Thursday saying that end all signed agreements with Israel, if Israel demolishes Palestinian homes on the outskirts of east Jerusalem. But the timeline for this move was not clear.

Who cares? You can't negotiate with people who only refer to you as occupier nor can you have civil relations with a nation that only recognizes even the 1947 borders de facto rather than de jure.

Empty posturing. Abbas (15th year into his 4 year term), and before him, Arafat, made these threats regularly. They know that without Israel the PA will collapse in favor of Hamas, like it happened in Gaza after Israel left.

You can only push a people so far. Don't cry when they go and blow themselves up and take you with them. You reap what you sow. Oh right, they're not human right... Oh yeah Israel is so reasonable they hide nukes and imprison the whistle blower and don't follow any land agreement and use .50 cal bulldozers to illegally expand onto land that doesn't belong to them. You're not fooling anyone yiddle diddles.
