NASA will be working with Elon Musk on moon and Mars mission

NASA has tasked SpaceX to solve the problem of in-space refueling. Alongside Elon Musk’s company, 13 other businesses have been chosen to partner with NASA with the main focus to land on the moon by 2024. NASA hopes to use the moon mission as a stepping stone for a crewed mission to Mars.

Just like W said inarticulately in that speech everyone made fun of, "If we want to go to mars, going to the moon is the first step." He was absolutely right. In fact, we need a tethered space station at the moon and mining operations to allow fuel production to make travelling to Mars a great deal more feasible.

Elon getting his Delusional hands into more of the Taxpayer funds. Maybe he is going come up with some idea of a tube from California to the moon, all it costs is your entire 10 years earnings.

So we'll land on the moon, but what will we get from it? To land just to land is no improvement over what we have done in 1969..
