Brazilian rights groups show support for journalist Greenwald

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro branded investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald as a ’militant’ and suggested he could do jail time, on Wednesday. American journalist Greenwald lives in Rio de Janeiro, and co-founded investigative website The Intercept, which has published leaked chats from 2018 presidential election. Rights groups have shown their support for Greenwald.

It’s so interesting to me. For the past 70 years nobody in the Us said shit about Brazil, the first right wing President gets elected and all the sudden the US media is “concerned”. The reality is the left is loosing power all over Latin America and that fact alone terrifies them.
