Taliban issues attack warning as May 1 deadline for US troop removal passes

The Taliban sent a warning of ’counteraction’ to the US Saturday, as the May 1 date for US and NATO troop removal from Afghanistan passed. ’This violation (US-Taliban agreement) in principle has opened the way for IEA Mujahidin to take every counteraction it deems appropriate against the occupying forces,’ a Taliban spokesperson. There are roughly 2,500 US troops in Afghanistan.

Nice, probably one of the rudest and most dishonorable things you can do is disavow treaty commitments made by your predecessor, this gives the local freedom fighters yet another reason not to trust the invader. I flippin read about huge car bombs every other day in Afghanistan, I'll give it till May 10 and there will be some sort of attack or something on a US Military base. Literally the only reason we can't stick to the current withdrawal deadline is because orange man bad. It does not take several months to reorganize troops, grab you stuff and get on this plane. I don't give one squirt of p!$s about "muh logistic and power vacuums," Biden and the cabal do not want to leave Afghanistan, all of this was designed to provoke an attack and provide another excuse to maintain this endless war.

Biden and the military industrial complex are just waiting for the unprovoked attack sob that they can restart the war

This was Bidens plan all along. He doesn't want to really withdraw troops....just wants to make it appear like he WANTS to withdeaw...and once they attack us, he'll say we have to stay because the area is no longer stable.

They'll attack and Biden will say its in our best interest to stay. Get ready for another 20 years of war.

I honestly think this is liedens plan. he wants an attack to justify staying there. that being said, we have WWIII in the near future. I would argue that Iran will definitely be a large part of that war. having Iran surrounded with troops in Iraq and Afghanistan might be a tactical advantage.

Just wait until they find out we have zero intention of removing 15,000 contractors

Coupled with Biden seeing the CCP as an example to be followed, not the threat they really are, just makes this all the more crazy.
