Hong Kong protesters start fire outside police station

Saturday saw protests in Hong Kong escalate as protesters lit a fire on the steps outside a police station in Hong Kong. Police said protesters gathered, in one of Kowloon’s shopping districts, with paint and damaged a vehicle inside. Civil servants also joined some of the protests and police fired teargas in clashes with protesters at Wong Tai Sin.

I saw protesters insist that they are non-violent. Of course crowds may become unruly, but it's very possible that fires and violence are provocations planted to divide them and justify crackdown. I hope this won't become another Tiananmen 1989.

China Uncensored's coverage of this is eyeopening. The PLA is working with Triad to make the protestors appear violent, so they can crackdown without international reprecussions.

I don't believe China will take much more of this. They will crack down on Hong Kong and bring it to heel. America is taking notes, to see how its done I'm sure.
