appellate court re-hearing a lawsuit brought by Sarah Palin in 2011

US appellate court is re-hearing a previously dismissed defamation lawsuit brought by Sarah Palin against the New York Times. Palin sued the newspaper for defamation over an editorial that tied an ad from the former Alaska governor and GOP vice presidential nominee to the 2011 shooting of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (R-Ariz.).

Isn't the court that dismissed the Covington lawsuit against the same paper under this courts jurisdiction also? I wonder how this'll play out there.

I hope she doesn't have to speak at the court. Who knows where she'll think she is.
