Former WH counsel McGahn may have to testify to House Judiciary

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday filed suit to compel former White House counsel Don McGahn’s to testify. The Committee argued that they need to hear from him to determine whether it should consider articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump.

The problem with trying to deny a legal process is that the courts will eventually uphold the process. Trump has always depended on being able to outlast anyone that sued him. Congress has more money and time than Trump.
