Walmart removes images of violence in stores after shooting

Walmart said it is removing signs, displays or videos that depict violence following a mass shooting at an El Paso. The retailer instructed employees from its stores nationwide in an internal memo to remove any marketing material, turn off or unplug video game consoles that show violent games — specifically Xbox and PlayStation units, and make sure that no violence is depicted on screens either.

Yet another symptom of the slow collapse of our society. It's a steady unstoppable regression to draconian beliefs.

Here is a simple answer to: do videogames cause gun violence in real life? 100 million plus people have played call of duty from 2007 until now. Find me the 100 million shooters in developed countries? Should be easy.

Did the shooter buy the gun at Walmart then start mowing people down, no? Then why should Walmart stop selling guns to law-abiding citizens?

To be fair. Anyone that has played CS:Go at one point or another ran into a Chinese hacker and has gone off on in a fit of rage.

Kids do not sit in front of gun cases hours on end practicing "killing" everything in site either. Violent games yes. EVERY youth hunter I know does not play video games. They hunt, fish, hike and go camping.
