Hollywood adds drama to migrant stalemate

Hollywood adds drama to migrant stalemate

A Hollywood has-been struggling to remain relevant surfaces off the coast of Italy. He spoke on behalf of 160 economic migrants that want to live in Europe but are stranded on a boat. Malta is willing to take 39 of them, but not the remaining 121 as they don’t have room or resources. The ones in charge of the boat won’t let the 39 disembark if Malta won’t take them all. Italy remains firm.

Now that the ship has a privileged white male on-board, it's politically correct to sink it.

Why doesn't he take them to one of his houses, then? He's got plenty to choose from.

For being humanitarian, the image of conditions do not look very humane. That's probably one of the biggest fallacies of social justice- they claim to be for the most humane option, yet in reality their blind altruism has undesired consequences which are actually cruel.

Supporting Organized crime syndicates masquerading as humanitarian operations to engage in human trafficking is not skilful compassion, is not skilful kindness, is not skillful action. In point of fact, what it is, is the exact opposite. This action for self-promotion ensures that any of the good Kamma that this actor has earned has been wiped clean and he is now working on a negative scale. Slave trafficking is right up there with murder mister Hollywood. Remember that! As you get ever closer to the end of your life.

It is interesting how the news stories of his boarding the ship are actually fulfilling his goal of bringing attention to the situation.
