Russia says five killed in mysterious rocket test accident

An explosion at a military shooting range in Nyonoksa in the northwestern Arkhangelsk region killed five employees during a test, said Russia’s nuclear agency. Nyonoksa hosts a navy facility that serves as a base for testing intercontinental ballistic missiles intended for nuclear submarines.
