Five children were killed in an early-morning blaze at a day-care center in Erie, Pennsylvania, on Sunday. The children ranged in age from 8 months to 7 years and included four siblings. Firefighters were able to rescue seven people. Two older boys were able to escape by climbing onto a first-floor roof and then to the ground. Fire officials have not determined the cause of the blaze.

Imagine being a parent in this situation. You drop your kids off at a daycare so you can go to work to earn more money to care for them rather than staying at home with them, only for them to burn to death at the daycare. Horrible.
