I believe they're starting to come around to that. Since that one incident where an innocent man was killed because of one "gamer" Swatting another, who gave him a false address. The Swatter ended up in prison for premeditated murder I believe. It's like hiring a hit man. Just because you didn't pull the trigger, doesn't mean you aren't the one responsible. You know exactly what you are doing.
