Off-duty NYPD officer found dead in Queens

An off-duty veteran NYC police officer killed himself on Wednesday. The 56-year-old officer, who worked for the department for more than 20 years, shot himself at his home. He is now the ninth police officer to die by suicide this year. NYPD has urged officers to seek help for mental illness or depression.

Thank you for your more than 20 years of service. 9th suicide I believe they said. Wonder if he was working on Weiner laptop investigation.

too bad seeking psychiatric help for cops immediatley removes them from any chance of maintaning their jobs. Making seeking mental help a detterent for law enforcement.

So how did that Fuckin road pirate slip through your red flag laws huh? The MSM hypes up the TAPS act and its not even in use amongst the very departments that will employ it. I CALL BULLSHIT AND THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED........ HAS ONLY ONE FUCKIN MEANING!!!
