Gibraltar expected to release Iranian oil tanker

The British territory of Gibraltar is expected to release an Iranian oil tanker on Thursday. The tanker was seized by Royal Marines in the Mediterranean in July. Gibraltar’s Chief Minister said he would not apply to renew an order to detain Grace 1, adding that he is satisfied that the oil tanker is no longer heading to Syria. Britain had said the vessel was violating sanctions.
