The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has allowed the rejection of asylum seekers on the U.S.-Mexico border, but has only applied this within certain states, and blocked it from being enacted in other states.
Well duh. Migrants =/= refugees. You don't have a right to live in the US and use its welfare system just because you show up at the door and ask.
Asylum is NOT a right. It is a privilege.
America is allowed to say "No". More at 11.
Duh. Common sense. So rare these days it should be a superpower.
Why did this even need to be a court case? It is so obvious, and yet we live in an era where people cannot see that.
Asylum is for people that are persecuted by government or groups of that country. Not if you want more money
Trump could cure cancer and they would still find away to drag it into the courts and make it about me isum..
how about some real leadership people and helpful policy, like stopping people getting ripped off by almost every collage in the country
That picture is amazing.
I don't see it in the stories though and I am sad.
fucking lmao at this picture
Why is everyone around here so EVIL? Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
In before the states that are immune to this change become the most crowded points of entry as upwards of 50% of applicants go through them.
I have a double jointed elbow. I can scratch my own back. That's my superpower.
Wait the 9th circuit court ruled (at least partially) in Trump’s favor? I guess California hasn’t completely gone off the deep end yet
Is this a dream!! I thought this was clown world.!
