Philadelphia Police commissioner resigning over harassment, bias charges

Richard Ross, the police commissioner of Philadelphia is resigning over new allegations of sexual harassment and racial and gender discrimination against others in the department. Mayor Jim Kenney said in a news release that he’s disappointed to lose Ross, but in light of the new allegations, Ross’ ’resignation is in the best interest of the department.’

I'm sure working for this unsupportive, lawless Mayor doesn't make his job easy either. He is Basicly a very good Chief but the rank and file he mostly inherited has good cops but I gear even more bad ones. Before the Police can change the city's leadership must change.
