Larry Swearingen, 48, a Texas man with a history of violence against women was put to death on Wednesday. He was executed for the abduction, rape and murder of a suburban Houston community college student over 20 years ago.
What's more barbaric, state executions or making someone wait twenty years to be executed?
Could have let his hair grow and hung him with that in the amount of time it took. This is why state sanctioned death penalty is more expensive than life sentencing.
