U.S. state legal chiefs, telecom firms crack down on robocalls

Major carriers AT&T, Comcast, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon, promised to roll out robocall protections. A total of 12 companies and 51 state attorneys general representing every state also pledged support. The agreement is not binding on anyone and there is no set deadline to implement it.
