Actress Lori Loughlin is due in court on Tuesday for a hearing on whether the lawyers defending her in a college admissions scam case have a conflict and must be disqualified. Loughlin is represented by the law firm Latham & Watkins, which until recently represented University of Southern California (USC) on other matters.
