FEMA and Homeland Security to reprogram funds for immigration enforcement

At least $155 million will be moved from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster relief fund to support the Trump administration’s policy of returning some migrants to Mexico. The moves comes as Tropical Storm Dorian nears hurricane strength as it approaches Puerto Rico. Homeland Security said it will reprogram $271 million in total to its immigration enforcement agency.

Yeah taking money out of FEMA while the global climate keeps getting more erratic is a smart move. Hopefully Trump doesnt screw over Puerto Rico twice....
