UNDOUBTLY THERE HAS BEEN DELAY IN THIS TRIAL FOR SOME REASONS. THE LONGER ONE DOES NOT ACT QUICKLY ON PUNISHMENT, IT BECOMES A JOKE. THIS IS ALWAYS AN INCENTIVE TO THE CRIMINAL MIND
